Preferences window
Preferences opens from the account menu and controls three things: the interface language, which panels are shown by default when a project opens, and autosave. Switching Language here changes the UI immediately, the same as picking it from elsewhere in the app. The Default panels checklist sets which of Components, Properties, Package and Toolbar are visible on a fresh project — it does not affect panels you have already opened in the current session. Every change is written the moment you press Save.
Turning on autosave
Flip the Autosave switch on and set an interval between 1 and 30 minutes with the stepper next to Autosave every. While it's on, the editor silently saves the active project on that interval — but only when there are unsaved changes, and only for a project that has already been saved once by name, so a project you've never saved is never autosaved out from under you with an unwanted naming prompt.
Default panels vs. the current session
The checklist under Default panels only decides what a brand-new project shows when it first opens; toggling Components off here, for example, won't hide the Components panel you already have open right now. To change panel visibility for the project you're currently editing, use the View menu instead.
